About the role: We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. In this varied role, you'll support customers throughout the sales process - from answering product enquiries and preparing quotations to processing orders and tracking deliveries. As one of the first points of contact for our business, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience through responsive service, attention to detail and strong relationship building. Working closely with our Sales, Warehouse and Assembly teams, you'll help ensure every customer receives the high level of service Firstflex is known for. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering outstanding customer service by responding to enquiries via phone and email, providing product advice, quotations, and sales support. Managing the customer journey from quotation through to order fulfilment, ensuring customers are kept informed every step of the way. Building strong customer relationships while working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve the best outcomes. Coordinating solutions for specialised enquiries, returns, and delivery requirements to ensure a seamless customer experience. What we're looking for... We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment and is organised, proactive and solutions-focused. You'll enjoy working collaboratively while building positive relationships with customers and colleagues. To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Experience in a customer service, contact centre, or sales support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate confidently. A practical, solutions-focused approach and a genuine desire to help customers. Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities and a high level of attention to detail. Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems. A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
