The Warehouse is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our in-store service desk. You will assist customers with inquiries and handle returns, exchanges and refunds with accuracy, while helping with transfers as needed. You’ll also contribute to store safety with Loss Prevention support and help supervise the Checkout area to ensure smooth, efficient transactions.
