We're partnering with our client to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery across construction projects, from procurement through to final account. Quantity Surveyor — Dunedin Location: Dunedin Start date: ASAP Salary: $90,000 – $135,000 (dependent on experience) About the Role We are partnering with our client to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of construction projects across all phases, from procurement through to final account. This role covers the full project lifecycle, working alongside project managers, planners, and site teams. Candidates across all experience levels are encouraged to apply, with the role and level tailored to suit. Key Responsibilities Pre-Contract & Procurement Prepare tender documents, Bills of Quantities, and quantity take-offs Support tender evaluations and subcontract administration Post-Contract Commercial Management Maintain cost plans, cost-to-complete, and monthly CVRs Process payment claims, variations, and Extensions of Time (EOTs) Support final account preparation Contract Administration & Stakeholder Collaboration Draft and review contractual correspondence, and support risk monitoring Work closely with project managers, planners, design, site, and finance teams What You'll Bring You bring strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to support cost and contract management in a collaborative team environment. A Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field QS experience, ideally with exposure to commercial, civil, or infrastructure projects Experience with post-contract administration (variations, EOTs, claims, final accounts) Proficiency in cost reporting, measurement, Excel, and QS software Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Do you want to receive recommendations for similar jobs? #J-18808-Ljbffr
