Beyond Recruitment – Wellington, North Island This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse construction business delivering commercial projects, facilities maintenance, residential builds, and community‑focused work across NZ.With long‑term clients and a strong pipeline, you’ll step into a role that spans the full QS lifecycle — from early estimating through to post‑contract management. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, contribute to meaningful projects, and play a key part in ensuring commercial success and strong client relationships. What the role involves Lead pre‑construction assessments, pricing, and tender submissions Scope and price variations, negotiating confidently with subcontractors and clients Manage financial reporting, contract documentation, and forecasting Support post‑construction activities to ensure smooth project close‑out Build strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams and clients What you’ll bring 5+ years’ QS experience, ideally across both commercial and residential projects Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills Relevant QS qualification preferred Experience with main contractors and/or residential contractors is beneficial Proven ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and influence stakeholders Salary: $120K - $140K + Benefits Ref: 132942 #J-18808-Ljbffr
