The Auckland City Mission is hiring an Outreach Keyworker for Transitional Housing to work with whaiora experiencing homelessness. You will conduct intake, safety assessments, and provide rapid, short-term case-management support and goal-focused action plans to move people toward stable housing within four weeks.
