We’re looking for a hands‑on Team Leader to support our Double Glaze Department on our morning shift (6.00am – 2.30pm, Monday - Friday) at our Christchurch Plant. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that glass processing is carried out safely, efficiently and to quality standards. Strong problem‑solving skills and a results‑driven mindset Accountability and confidence in your decision‑making Continuous improvement mindset (CI experience is a bonus) Ready to lead the way?
