Digital Marketing Lead

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead, to take ownership of our customer acquisition strategy and deliver measurable growth across multiple brands and channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded digital marketing leader who thrives on using data, technology and customer insights to optimise performance and deliver exceptional results. In this role you will Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies that drive customer growth across paid, owned and earned channels. Lead a talented team and manage agency partnerships. Lead digital marketing initiatives spanning search, social, display, video, content, affiliate and programmatic media. Improve customer journeys, website performance and conversion outcomes. Oversee acquisition-focused content initiatives over all digital engagement channels. 10+ years' experience in digital marketing, acquisition or growth-focused roles Proven success delivering customer acquisition strategies that achieve commercial outcomes Deep expertise across paid, owned and earned digital channels Strong experience in performance marketing, analytics and attribution Experience managing significant marketing budgets and optimising ROI Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, customer journey optimisation and digital measurement frameworks Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams Who we are – ko wai tātau We're a leading provider of KiwiSaver, helping our clients to determine the best strategies to reach their financial goals.
