What You'll Be Doing Your day could include: Leading, motivating, and developing our Checkout team. Creating a positive culture where great customer service comes first. Managing rosters and staffing levels to meet the needs of the business. Monitoring checkout performance and finding ways to improve efficiency. Supporting the recruitment, training, and development of new team members. Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues with confidence and professionalism. Ensuring cash handling, health and safety, and store procedures are followed at all times. Working closely with other department leaders to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. What You'll Bring Has previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in retail or customer service. Leads by example and enjoys bringing out the best in others. Has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Can stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions. Is organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
