We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join our small, dedicated team. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining both the presentation and functionality of a high‑end property. Experience with general maintenance required. About the Role You will be responsible for ensuring the lodge, villas, and surrounding grounds are maintained to the highest standard at all times. From preventative maintenance to detailed garden care, your work will play a key role in delivering a seamless luxury guest experience. Key Responsibilities General property maintenance across villas and lodge facilities. Preventative maintenance and timely repairs. Landscaping and garden care, including planting, pruning, and lawn maintenance. Monitoring and maintaining outdoor areas to reflect Azur’s premium standards. Identifying and reporting maintenance issues proactively. Coordinating with external contractors when required. About You Previous experience in maintenance, gardening, or a similar role essential. Strong practical skills and problem‑solving ability. High attention to detail and pride in your work. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A positive, team‑oriented attitude.
