Bitumen Sprayer Driver

Buckeridge Surfacing and Engineering – Manawatu District, North Island Buckeridge Surfacing & Engineering (located in Dannevirke) is looking for a motivated Trainee/Junior OR Experienced Bitumen Sprayer Driver to join our growing team. If you have experience in roading, civil construction, asphalt, or chipsealing and are looking to build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you. We offer competitive pay of $30–$50 per hour depending on experience. You’ll work alongside our experienced crew carrying out: Bitumen spraying operations. Chipsealing and asphalt surfacing. General roading and civil construction work. Daily plant checks and equipment maintenance. Travel and occasional work away from home when required. What We're Looking For Experience in roading, civil construction, asphalt, chipsealing, or similar. Reliable, responsible, and safety-focused. Able to take instruction and work well within a team. Willing to learn and be taught sprayer operations. Flexible with work hours, including early starts, night work, and occasional weekends. Willing to travel and work away as projects require. Physically fit with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Preferred (but not essential) Class 2 or Class 4 New Zealand driver's licence. Dangerous Goods (D) endorsement or willingness to obtain one. WTR endorsements. First Aid Certificate. Experience operating trucks or mobile plant.
