A well-established and highly regarded civil contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the pricing, tendering and delivery of infrastructure projects throughout the Otago region. This senior position is suited to an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years' experience delivering New Zealand infrastructure projects , who is equally comfortable pricing and tendering work as they are leading project delivery and managing commercial outcomes. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, preparing competitive tenders, securing work and leading project teams to deliver successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Preparing estimates, pricing submissions and tender documentation Reviewing specifications, drawings and contract requirements Managing projects from award through to completion Leading project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders Managing budgets, forecasting and commercial performance Building and maintaining strong client relationships Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience managing New Zealand civil infrastructure projects Strong pricing, estimating and tendering capability Demonstrated success delivering projects from tender through to completion Sound commercial and contractual knowledge Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience within sectors such as transport, roading, bridges, utilities, rail, water or other major infrastructure projects What's On Offer Senior leadership opportunity with significant autonomy Diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects Strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work Long-term career opportunity with a respected contractor If you're an experienced civil infrastructure professional who can confidently price work, win projects and lead successful delivery teams, we'd love to hear from you.
