We are looking for an organised, people-focused Fundraising Support Coordinator to join our National Strategic Partnerships & Funding team. About the role This is an exciting opportunity to support our national fundraising campaigns. Working closely with colleagues across the Cancer Society, you'll support the delivery of peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, provide outstanding customer services, and help optimise our fundraising systems and processes. No two days are the same. One day you might be assisting with the setup of a national campaign, the next responding to enquiries, helping coordinate campaign merchandise, or helping develop fundraising assets alongside our Campaign Lead and Marketing & Communications team. Key responsibilities Support the ongoing management of our peer-to-peer fundraising platforms (in particular Raisely). Support fundraising campaign asset creation and collateral. Provide timely and professional responses to stakeholder enquiries. Coordinate fundraising admin, records, and filing systems. Work collaboratively with colleagues across fundraising, marketing and communications. About you You will be a highly organised and proactive team player who enjoys helping others and delivering excellent service. Ideally, you'll bring: Experience with peer-to-peer fundraising platforms, CRM systems, databases. Experience using creative and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop. Strong administration and organisational skills. Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement experience. The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
