Rayen and Wood Financial Services - Christchurch, South Island Key Responsibilities: Process Finance Applications: Assist with preparing, reviewing, and submitting asset finance applications accurately and efficiently. Customer Communication: Liaise with customers via phone, email, and in person to gather information, provide updates, and answer enquiries. CRM System Management: Use our CRM system to manage customer records, track applications, update notes, and ensure data accuracy. Admin Support: Organise documentation, manage data entry, and support general administrative tasks. Compliance: Ensure all applications and processes meet company policies and regulatory requirements. General Support: Assist with daily operations, follow-ups, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. About You: Strong Communication Skills: Professional, clear, and confident when dealing with customers. Highly Organised: Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and attention to detail. Interest in Finance: Experience or interest in asset finance, lending, or financial services is an advantage. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software (Outlook, Excel, etc.). Proactive & Reliable: Takes initiative and supports the team where needed.
