We are looking for a caring, reliable, and active person – experienced with disabilities such as Autism, Intellectual, Down's Syndrome, or Cerebral Palsy. In this role, you will support one young male to learn to live with independence, dignity, and choice. Hours: Weekdays: 3 x 90‑minute shifts starting at 3:30pm Weekends: 1 x 4‑hour Saturday shift Location: Central Invercargill You will provide safe, respectful, and person‑centred support in people’s homes, being mindful of what matters to them, including their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries. Every day is different, and your work will genuinely make a positive impact on our client’s life.
