Job Description Reporting to the General Manager Fresh & Clean, you will take ownership of the Christchurch branch, leading its people, operations and commercial performance. Working closely with your Service, Sales and Warehouse teams, you will create an environment where people thrive, customers receive exceptional service, and the business continues to achieve strong results. This is a broad leadership role where you'll be responsible for profitability, budgeting, customer satisfaction and sustainable growth. You'll identify opportunities to improve performance, build strong customer relationships, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that deliver lasting business results. Success in this role requires a leader who can inspire others, build capability and foster a positive, accountable and safety-focused culture. You'll enjoy bringing people together around a common goal, making sound commercial decisions and navigating the challenges of a fast-paced operational environment.
