Checkout Supervisor- Full time

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys leading by example, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. As our Checkout Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our checkout area runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the team, and creating a welcoming shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. Must be available for morning& evening shifts, plus one weekend day. Morning shifts start06:00/07:00, evening shifts finish at 21:00. About the role: Superviseand coordinate daily activities at the checkout counters, ensuringefficient and accurate transactions. Monitorcashier performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Handlecustomer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional andtimely manner. Overseecash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, andconducting cash audits. What we are looking for: Previousexperience in a supervisory role within a retail environment, preferablyin a supermarket setting. Excellentcustomer service skills with a focus on providing a positive shoppingexperience. Proficientin cash handling procedures. Detail-orientedwith the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledgeof POS systems and experience with retail software is preferred.
