About the Role We’re looking for a customer‑focused Internal Sales / Pump Applications professional to support customers, external sales, and suppliers. You’ll handle enquiries, prepare quotes and orders, and provide technical product advice while building strong, long‑term relationships. This position would suit: An experienced internal sales or applications specialist, or A recent engineering graduate looking to build a career in technical sales and applications Key Responsibilities Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email Understanding customer needs and assisting with pump selection and application support Preparing clear, accurate quotations and tender documentation Taking orders, advising on availability and lead times, and managing them through to dispatch Providing technical support to customers and the external sales team Working closely with warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment Maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting internal sales administration Assisting with inventory management and operational tasks as required About You Qualification in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Experience in internal sales, customer service or technical sales (pump, engineering or industrial products experience (highly regarded) Knowledge of pumps or hydraulics is an advantage (training provided) A natural problem‑solver with strong technical aptitude Confident communicator who enjoys working with customers and teams High attention to detail and pride in getting things right Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM / ERP systems Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities What We Offer Stable, full‑time role with an established and respected company Supportive team environment with strong technical backing Exposure to a wide range of pumping applications and industries Opportunity to build long‑term technical and sales capability All applications are treated confidentially.
