Our backers allow us to push the boundaries of innovation and fuel our rapid growth. Role Overview As a Process Technician, you will be directly responsible for bringing our products to life. Your responsibilities will include operating within a shift at one of our two Rolleston-based sites. This will include manual operation of equipment and troubleshooting issues with the help of the wider Leaft team. You will work alongside other operators and engineers on both day and night shifts. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain pilot plant equipment Monitor and control processing equipment to ensure consistent and high-quality product output Assist in quality control activities, including sampling, testing, and documentation of production batches Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve equipment-related challenges Leverage knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles to safely produce food Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and achievement Contribute to further development of our products and process Skills and Qualifications Prior experience in food manufacturing or STEM/Ag graduate Ability to work in a shift-based schedule on both day and night shifts Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset This is a fixed-term role through to the end of our production season (June 2027). #J-18808-Ljbffr
