About the role As the Sales & Marketing Executive , you'll be the driving force behind promoting our world-class skydiving brands to Eastern markets, with a special focus on engaging Chinese-speaking audiences. Reporting to the Business Development Manager NZ, you'll manage digital sales channels, including Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu) and WeChat , while also contributing to local sales efforts to boost bookings and enhance brand visibility. This is a part-time position (24 hours per week). The successful candidate can be based in Queenstown, Wānaka, or work remotely. Responsibilities Manage and grow Chinese social media accounts, creating culturally relevant and engaging content (photos, videos, stories). Partner with influencers, digital platforms, and key stakeholders to amplify brand presence and drive bookings. Analyse Eastern market trends and adjust strategies to maximize sales performance. Conduct local sales calls, foster agent relationships, and coordinate familiarization visits. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution of campaigns. Support special projects and contribute to the overall success of NZONE & Skydive Wanaka. About You Is bilingual in Chinese and English , with strong written and verbal communication skills. Has hands‑on experience managing Chinese social media platforms like Little Red Book and WeChat. Thrives in a sales‑driven environment, with a proven ability to meet targets. Demonstrates creativity and precision in crafting engaging digital content. Is a team player who can also work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Holds a current New Zealand Driver’s License and has the flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours. Tertiary qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields are a plus. Experience in Chinese digital marketing and familiarity with analytics tools.
