Based in a striking studio space in Britomart, the Auckland team is heading into a significant growth phase as part of a wider multi-year plan. About the role My client is looking for an Associate to join the Auckland studio on a clear pathway toward Principal. This is a front-end, design-led role rather than a documentation-heavy one, you'll be leading design thinking and building strong client relationships from early in a project's life. You'll work alongside a highly regarded designer within the studio known for standout early-stage conceptual work, and be part of a close, senior team including a Principal, Senior Associates and an Associate-level Interior Designer. There's also real opportunity to move between studios and build connections across the wider Australian business, including studio visits, this is a firm that wants its people genuinely plugged into the broader practice, not working in isolation.
