The successful candidate will have experience working in a food and beverage outlet, with a background in café, restaurant, or function work. The nature of the industry requires a high level of customer engagement and personal approach to build relationships. We are seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant that is caring and compassionate to our senior residents, their family and friends. This is a part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week, with rostered shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends, working within our café, bar, and restaurant. Key responsibilities: Cater to the residents, family, and friends, ensuring satisfaction upon every visit. Work with a food & beverage team to provide high-quality service. Deliver ordered meals and drinks to residents and guests promptly. Putting orders through till system and taking payments. Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy. A successful candidate will ideally: Be friendly, professional, and well-presented. Have experience in the hospitality industry. Have sound barista knowledge. Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Be flexible in their shift availability. Be an all-rounder and be comfortable working in the café, restaurant, and bar.
