Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Manage and track incidents including desktop/laptop issues, LAN/WAN connectivity, and voice-related requests. Perform user account administration (activation, modification, termination). Ensure service requests are handled according to service level standards. Escalate complex issues to second-level support when required.
