Interior, Kitchen & Cabinetry Designer

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Interior, Kitchen & Cabinetry Designer to join the team at CK Design Studio and Counties Kitchens in Wiri, Auckland. This is a a full-time role and you will be responsible for delivering high-quality kitchen and cabinetry designs for our residential and commercial clients. From smaller home renovations to full house lots, building companies and multi level apartment buildings we are looking for someone with experience who enjoys relationship selling and working with our clients to deliver beatutiful spaces that people will love to live in! What you'll be doing Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences and deliver to the design brief. Effective Relationship selling and drive sales through strong design and client engagement Produce detailed 3D kitchen and cabinetry designs using CAD software. Preference for candidates to have Cabinet Vision experience but not essential Select appropriate materials, finishes and hardware to elevate the aesthetic appeal of designs, and prepare accurate specifications and documentation Ensure designs adhere to all relevant building codes and safety standards Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design & sales process Work closely with the production, project management and installations teams to ensure seamless delivery Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations What we’re looking for Proven experience as an Interior Kitchen & Cabinetry Designer within the residential sector Proficiency in using CAD software to produce detailed 3D designs Strong understanding of kitchen and cabinetry design principles, materials, construction methods & standards Excellent communication and client-facing skills Strong and demonstrable sales history A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively managing projects end to end and meet deadlines Relevant tertiary qualification in Interior Design, Kitchen Design is desirable What we offer At CK Design Studio & Counties Kitchens, we are committed to providing a supportive and stimulating work environment for our employees.
