We take pride in the quality of our work and the professionalism of our team. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Tyre Fitter / Wheel Technician to join us. About the Role This is not your average tyre shop position. You will be working in a specialist environment where quality and attention to detail are paramount. Alongside your core workshop duties, this role offers genuine variety — you will be responsible for driving company vehicles to support customer collections, drop-offs, and off-site requirements, keeping every day interesting. What You Will Be Doing Tyre fitting, balancing, puncture repairs and rotations Mounting and demounting tyres, including low-profile and run-flat tyres Assessing wheels for repair when tyres are removed, checking for bends, buckles and cracks Handling and preparing alloy wheels for specialist repair and refinishing Refitting tyres and performing final quality control checks before wheels are returned to customers Driving company vehicles, including long-wheelbase vans, for customer pick-ups and drop-offs Maintaining workshop cleanliness, safety, and equipment standards Working consistently to defined quality procedures and workmanship standards About You Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter or Wheel Technician Full NZ Driver Licence (essential) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Confident handling a wide variety of wheel and tyre types, including low-profile and run-flat Positive, professional attitude with good customer service skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team If you are an experienced technician looking to join a growing specialist business where your skills are valued, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
