Frontline Health Auckland & Upper North Island – Katikati, North Island $100,000 - $120,000 a year Permanent An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Clinical Manager to join an aged care facility in the Bay of Plenty. This role will provide clinical leadership across the delivery of high quality, resident-centred aged care. You will be responsible for leading the clinical team, supporting Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring residents receive safe, holistic, culturally appropriate care that promotes dignity, independence, privacy and quality of life. Working closely with the Facility Manager and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in maintaining strong clinical standards, supporting audit readiness, guiding care planning, and ensuring best practice across the facility. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the clinical team to uphold high care standards. Assist the Facility Manager with daily operations. Oversee admissions, assessments, care planning and clinical reviews. Ensure InterRAI assessments, care plans and clinical documentation are completed. Supervise RNs and HCAs, providing guidance and performance support. Monitor medication administration, staff competency and safe clinical practice. Support infection control, restraint coordination and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure certification and audit requirements are met. Promote a safe environment that supports resident independence, wellbeing and quality of life. Skills and Experience: Current NZ Registered Nurse Annual Practicing Certificate Strong leadership with ability to oversee clinical services Previous leadership experience at Unit Coordinator level or higher Ability to lead calmly and effectively in a busy clinical environment Excellent communication and organisational skills Genuine empathy for elderly residents and their families Reference: 218781 #J-18808-Ljbffr
