We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Lead, to shape smarter, more personalised customer journeys across the AMP and enable.me brands. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll bring together data, technology and lifecycle marketing to drive acquisition, engagement and better customer outcomes. In this role you will: Lead AMP's marketing automation and customer lifecycle strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, retention and growth. Own customer journey orchestration, personalisation and lead nurture programmes across multiple brands and channels. Partner with Technology and Data teams to evolve marketing platforms, customer data capabilities and automation frameworks. Use data, insights and analytics to optimise customer experiences and deliver measurable business growth Lead a high-performing team and drive the adoption of best-practice marketing automation across the business. 10+ years’ experience in marketing automation, CRM, customer lifecycle marketing or marketing technology leadership roles. Proven experience leading marketing automation functions in complex, customer-focused organisations. Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, customer journey orchestration, segmentation and personalisation. Strong understanding of CRM, lead nurturing, customer lifecycle marketing and digital marketing channels. Experience using customer data, behavioural insights, analytics, attribution and optimisation to drive business outcomes. Knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems, customer data platforms and campaign measurement. Experience managing agency, technology and platform vendor relationships. Strong people leadership, coaching, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Commercial acumen, sound judgement, accountability and the ability to drive change in an evolving environment. Marketing automation, CRM, analytics or customer experience platforms would be advantageous.
