Design Consultant

We are looking for a motivated, service-driven Design & Sales Consultant to join our Wellington showroom team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves design, enjoys building relationships with customers, and thrives in a sales-focused environment. About the Role As a Design & Sales Consultant, you will help customers create beautiful living spaces through personalised design advice and exceptional customer service. You will manage the customer journey from initial consultation through to delivery and after-sales support. Key responsibilities include: Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint Providing expert product and interior styling advice Managing the sales process from enquiry through to delivery Promoting and conducting our in-home Interior Design Service Achieving individual and team sales targets Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards Assisting with stock management and occasional furniture deliveries or event setups What We're Looking For: Proven sales experience with a passion for interiors, furniture, or design Experience selling premium lifestyle or consumer products preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills A customer-first approach and attention to detail High levels of energy, initiative, and self-motivation Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or a service-focused environment Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs What We Offer: Comprehensive training in interior design, styling, sales, and operations Career development opportunities within a global brand Supportive and collaborative team culture Potential overseas opportunities once fully trained Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday If you're passionate about design and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
