Under new ownership for the past two years, the clinic has undergone significant improvements and continues to grow as a progressive and forward-thinking practice. Manage bookings and appointment scheduling to ensure smooth patient flow. Take ownership of the front desk as the full-time receptionist, working alongside two part-time receptionists. Process payments, billing, and financial reconciliations. Carry out general practice administration tasks. Work closely with the clinical team to keep daily operations running smoothly. Manage a varied workload where no two days are the same. Balance strong attention to detail with a warm, patient-focused approach. About You You will be friendly, professional, and genuinely comfortable working with people from all walks of life. Highly organised and proactive, you take initiative and notice what needs doing without being asked. You understand that great administration is an essential part of great patient care, and you take that responsibility seriously while maintaining a down-to-earth attitude. You bring empathy, reliability, and a positive approach to your work, and you're confident acting as the first point of contact in a busy, sometimes unpredictable environment. You're also a clear and empathetic communicator, both over the phone and in person. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception role is preferred. Confident using computer systems and practice software. Familiarity with Indiciis an advantage. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person. Empathetic and professional when dealing with patients and clinical staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
