About the Role We are looking for a Clinical Team Coordinator (CTC) to jointhe After-hours Nursing Team at Christchurch Health Campus.As the Clinical Team Coordinator, you will be responsiblefor assessing and ensuring optimum patient care, through appropriate allocationof medical and clinical resources across the hospital afterhours, weekends andpublic holidays.The role provides senior nursing leadership in theafterhours and works closely with team members from a wide range of clinicaldisciplines to create a supported, productive and patient-centred team whichdelivers high quality patient care. About the Service The Clinical Team Coordinators coordinate the afterhoursteam resources to enable the Right Person, Right Patient, Right Time approachto patient care. About You At least 5 years acute medical or surgical experience (broad based experience with significant time in an acute care setting) Has or working towards Post graduate qualification in Health Assessment Ability to build positive relationships across the acute clinical setting with a variety of health professionals Excellent communication and problem-solving skills as the key point of liaison after hours Highly organised and motivated by the busy and challenging nature of this role.A senior Registered Nurse, who thrives on autonomy and has the skills to lead.
