Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Southern in Christchurch is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for kaimahi, providing responsive IT support for Level 1 issues and service requests, remotely or via escalation to the right teams. You will log and manage tickets, and work with Senior Analysts to keep digital operations reliable.
