Nelson Tasman Hospice is seeking an experienced Logistics Lead to run the new Donation & Distribution Centre, a hub supporting our shops network. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management with operational oversight. You will coach staff and volunteers, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, efficient flow of donated goods from collection to distribution across a seven-day operation, while building strong relationships with Hospice teams and Retail Leads. #J-18808-Ljbffr
