HR Business Partner

People functions are evolving. So is this organisation. We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives on change, challenges the status quo, and brings fresh thinking to how people practices support organisational performance. As the organisation modernises, our client is building a contemporary people function that is practical, proactive and focused on helping leaders build capability, navigate change and achieve results. You'll partner closely with senior leaders, providing trusted advice and hands-on support across employee relations, organisational change, leadership coaching, workforce planning and people initiatives. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the action, balancing day-to-day operational challenges with continuous improvement, and isn't afraid to challenge traditional approaches when better solutions exist. What we're looking for You will bring: Experience in HR business partnering within a complex organisation Employment relations expertise and sound commercial judgement High EQ and the ability to read the room and adapt your communication style to facilitate constructive conversations The ability to translate organisational priorities into practical people solutions A proactive, forward-thinking approach and genuine curiosity about how things can be done better Why join?
