Crest Commercial Cleaning seeks a hands-on Safety & Compliance professional to lead a genuine safety culture across New Zealand. You will design and implement HSW frameworks (ISO 45001, Safe Work Australia, WorkSafe NZ), and drive incident investigations, toolbox meetings, and field coaching using AI and Power BI analytics. You will travel regularly to engage with franchisees, regional managers, and operational teams, ensuring best-practice safety is followed on-site and aligned with national #J-18808-Ljbffr
