CAD Draughtsman

Must have the right to work in New Zealand to apply. About the role: You'll be responsible for producing detailed shop drawings and fabrication plans for a range of projects, including: Handrails and balustrades Custom stainless steel and sheet metal fabrications Structural steelwork detailing where required You'll work closely with the workshop and installation teams to ensure designs translate accurately from concept through to fabrication and on-site install, so a good understanding of manufacturing and installation tolerances is important. What you’ll need: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor (essential) Solid understanding of sheet metal and stainless steel fabrication processes Experience detailing facades, handrails, or balustrades (highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and ability to produce fabrication-ready drawings Good communication skills to liaise with fabricators, welders, and installers Legal right to work in New Zealand What’s on offer: $80,000–$90,000 salary (dependent on experience) Join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of architectural metalwork projects.
