This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a busy dispensary and shape its systems, culture, and performance. You will lead the dispensary team, drive safe and efficient workflow, and play a key role in the leadership group within the store. We are a newly refitted Beauty by Life store, featuring a large and expanding Health Hub with exciting plans to introduce new services. As the largest Life Pharmacy store in the lower North Island, Life Pharmacy Queensgate offers a rare and unique opportunity to advance your career - leading a busy dispensary while playing a key role in driving and growing innovative services. This role offers a varied and engaging environment where your time isn’t limited to the dispensary bench.
