Mō tēnei tūranga | About the role Waiapu Kids St Georges is a nurturing early learning centre grounded in respectful, bi-cultural child-led learning. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis working 15 hours per week. As our Administrator, you'll be the hub that helps keep everything running smoothly. One moment you'll be helping a whānau through the enrolment process, the next you'll be supporting centre operations, maintaining systems, or sharing a smile with curious tamariki on their way through the door. This varied role includes: Supporting enrolments, attendance records and whānau communications Managing administrative systems and maintaining accurate records Assisting with funding, compliance and Ministry of Education requirements Welcoming visitors and creating a positive first impression of our centre Providing practical support alongside kaiako, including time on the floor with Tamariki (on occasion) Ta matou e tuku | What we offer We offer a supportive and fun working environment led through our values of aroha, rongo and hari. Strong Microsoft 365 skills and experience using Infocare or similar database (advantageous). Excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality. Understanding of ECE contexts, enrolment, or funding processes (advantageous). Alignment of our values of Aroha, Rongo and Hari and a willingness to work in a faith based Anglican organisation.
