You'll have the support of an experienced senior leadership team, while enjoying the autonomy to lead your branch as if it were your own. About the Role This opportunity will see you: Providing people-leadership to department managers through coaching, guiding and oversight of performance objectives. Fostering a positive and engaged work environment through regular and timely communication with branch staff on relevant company information and branch goals. Overseeing branch operations with a focus on continual improvement to achieve budgetary and market-share objectives. Working closely with company Sales Managers and branch-based Sales Consultants to drive market share and growth in your area, maximizing return on investment and customer satisfaction. Creating and maintaining strong customer relationships that are mutually beneficial, striving for continuous improvement on service delivery. Actively participating in the wider D&E branch management team, sharing effective practices and business insights. Recommending policy and goal changes as necessary to improve branch performance and operational efficiency. About You Ideally you’ll bring: Proven experience in branch operations management in a relevant industry, preferably with exposure across sales and aftermarket departments. Experience building trusted relationships both internally and externally, fostering an engaged and cohesive team environment. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and set goals, with a track record for driving results and achieving objectives. Familiarity with inventory management and customer relationship processes.
