Legal Executive - 2 positions - Senior and Trainee This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Cameron & Co either as a Senior Legal Executive or a Trainee Legal Executive. You will play a vital role in providing conveyancing services to our diverse client base. These are full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a stimulating and collegial environment. What you'll be doing Drafting and preparing legal documentation, including Letters of Engagement, Sales and Purchase Agreements, related Settlement documents and LINZ / e-dealing forms. Reviewing and advising on Title, LIM's and EQC matters Managing files and transactions from start to finish Liaising with clients, banks, real estate agents and other external parties On boarding new clients including AML compliance What we're looking for An experienced Legal Executive, preferably in property and a Legal Assistant who has completed their Legal Executive Diploma and is looking for a chance to train as a Legal Executive.
