Key responsibilities include: Leading, motivating, and supporting production staff Working alongside the Plant Manager on day-to-day operational activities Ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety Conducting staff training, inductions, and SOP sign-offs Managing employee performance and team development Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives Working closely with other supervisors and experienced team members About You You are a hands-on leader with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to continue learning and developing your career. Ideally, you will have: Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team Experience in a manufacturing, food processing, or meat processing environment Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills A commitment to workplace health and safety A willingness to work alongside the team when required A reliable, honest, and proactive approach A can-do attitude and willingness to learn Physical fitness and the ability to work in a processing environment Flexibility to work both day and night shifts Ideally, you will have: #J-18808-Ljbffr
