Napier City Council in Napier, North Island, New Zealand, seeks an experienced delivery leader to drive our Capital Delivery programme during the transition to the new regional water entity. You'll provide day-to-day leadership across a team of Portfolio Leads, strengthen governance, align projects with scope, budget and timelines, and build trusted relationships with consultants and stakeholders.
