Clinical Educator - Cardiac

Here’s a permanent part-time role for a Clinical Educator to grow the capability of RNs working in our Cardiac Surgical Unit (CTU) & our Pre/Post Cardiac Investigations Unit (CIU). The CTU sits adjacent to our 12 bed ICU/HDU, so you’ll liaise closely with our Critical Care Educator. Based at Allevia Hospital Epsom, the position is 0.5 FTE working across weekdays, plus occasional weekends (if/when courses are scheduled). The working hours/days are flexible & can be discussed at interview. You will join a large busy Clinical Education team who partner with our Charge Nurse Managers & work across our hospitals to ensure that clinical skills delivered are based on best practice, and our people are supported, upskilled & developed. The team is led by our Clinical Practice Manager & includes Clinical Educators, Clinical Specialists, & Clinical Coaches.
