Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this position offers a unique opportunity to develop your technical accounting expertise while gaining valuable exposure across a diverse and evolving organisation. What you’ll be doing: Prepare monthly financial results, including journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and board reporting. Maintain robust balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls. Assist with external audits, year-end reporting, and interim reviews. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (NZ IFRS) and internal policies. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting practices. About you: A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Experience in financial accounting, reporting, reconciliations, or audit. Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems. Excellent attention to detail and analytical capability. A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
