The Role As a Reservoir Engineering Technician, you'll work across geothermal fields throughout the Central North Island using specialised wireline equipment to investigate what is happening beneath the earth's surface. No two days are the same. You’ll receive full training while developing specialist skills and working with industry-leading technology. Your responsibilities will include: Rigging up and dismantling wireline equipment Running precision downhole tools in geothermal wells Inspecting, maintaining and repairing equipment and vehicles Driving wireline service vehicles Working safely and collaboratively in the field About You Has practical mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience Enjoys working outdoors and is physically fit Is reliable, motivated and keen to learn Works well in a team and values safety and quality Holds a full Class 1 driver’s licence (or can obtain Class 2 and 4 licences) You’ll also be comfortable working flexible hours and travelling occasionally throughout the region when required.
