We are now looking for a Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate to join their team. This role is open to part-time or full-time candidates. About the Opportunity As a key contributor to the firm's corporate practice, you will advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions. This includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, infrastructure projects, procurement matters, and work across energy and renewables, as well as digital and technology sectors. You will work closely alongside a highly reputable partner, gaining exposure to complex, market-leading transactions while playing an active role in client relationship management and strategic delivery.
