Compliance Supervisor

The Role As our Compliance Supervisor, you'll support MRO Services and the wider business in achieving 'Excellence at Altitude'. You'll be responsible for monitoring compliance across all technical departments, managing the M-LOSA Program, and supporting the close-out of audit and safety actions. This is a hands-on role involving regular visits to operational sites, coaching teams, promoting best practice, and helping embed a strong Just Culture across the organisation. About the Job Lead the M-LOSA Program - administer the program, drive annual targets, and prepare quarterly reviews and reports Monitor compliance across Ardmore, Hamilton, Queenstown and offshore operations through audits, observations, and on-site reviews Conduct annual gap analyses to benchmark Salus standards against regulatory and industry best practice Promote quality and best practice across all maintenance and repair activities Support Safety & Compliance with audit close-outs, SMS actions, CPA follow-ups and safety initiatives Administer technical MOC's, audit actions and safety actions, working with stakeholders to deliver robust improvements Champion transformational change and continuous improvement across MRO Services Collaborate with Training teams to ensure new standards and initiatives are effectively communicated Provide feedback to management to support employee development Act as a role model for safety, compliance, quality and Salus Culture Pillars About You 7+ years’ experience in an aviation engineering environment (helicopter experience preferred) Strong knowledge of airworthiness and regulatory frameworks (NZCAA, FAA, EASA) Proven understanding of industry standards such as BARS Demonstrated ability to drive business improvements Excellent organisation and multitasking skills Exceptional attention to detail Efficient, well organised and takes pride in quality work What we can offer you: Permanent full-time work, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week $500 Employee Benefits card (Extraordinary) from three months service for healthcare Celebrations on Birthdays and Anniversaries Holiday Home access via Marram Trust Humanity Time - Volunteering time for charities Ongoing professional development to extend your knowledge and skills.
