Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join oursupportiveandfriendly IT Team and provide Level 1 Service Desk support for the information and communication systems in an efficient and effective manner. This is a permanent, full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across Allevia Hospitals in Epsom, and at Ascot, Greenlane. Main duties will include: Receiving (phone, email, walk-in), logging, and resolving IT tasks in a professional and timely manner Providing effective troubleshooting e.g. mobile phones, printers, workstations Completing checklists as per the daily run sheet Monitoring of Allevia's network devices and servers Managing users, mailboxes, and groups in AD Upgrading, building, configuring, and installing user devices Upkeep of ICSD documentation Rotation of backup tapes As the successful candidate you will have: At least 2 years Level 1 Service Desk experience Understanding of ITSM applications usage in an ITIL environment Experience in an Enterprise environment with 500+ users preferably in a healthcare environment Proficiency with Windows End User Device and Server operating systems, Active Directory, IP phone systems,Microsoft Office,Microsoft Exchange,The M365 Suite, networked printers, Android and Apple mobile phones Excellent customer service skills - verbal and written and the ability to multi-task The Benefits: At Allevia we work hard, have fun, and are committed to making a difference to our organisation, our people, and our patients.
