Our client is looking for a proactive Sales & Development Administrator to join their growing team. This is a newly created role that offers the opportunity to work across both the Sales and Development teams, supporting projects from the first purchaser enquiry right through to settlement and move-in. Tauranga | Permanent Full-Time About the Role Reporting to the General Manager - Development & Operations, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of sales and development activities. You'll work closely with internal teams, purchasers and external stakeholders to ensure documentation, reporting and project information is accurate and up to date. Key responsibilities include: Preparing sales documentation, including Occupation Right Agreements. Coordinating DocuSign documentation and settlement administration. Maintaining CRM records, sales pipelines and reporting. Supporting the Sales Managers with administration and purchaser communications. Maintaining price lists, unit availability and product information. Coordinating purchaser variation requests from approval through to completion. Updating Smartsheet registers, construction information and development documentation. Coordinating defects, maintenance items and move-in documentation. Preparing weekly and monthly sales and development reports. Maintaining accurate filing systems, templates and administrative processes. About You To be successful in this role you'll be highly organised, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll ideally have: Previous experience in sales, contracts, project, property or construction administration. Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Experience using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Smartsheet (advantageous but not essential). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
