About the role The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating projects and day-to-day operational activities, including resource planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, risk management, cost tracking, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role also supports business analysis activities, develops project documentation and requirements, manages third-party coordination, and ensures compliance with company security, regulatory, and operational standards We are also looking for someone that will be able to help deal with and resolve issues that our clients contact us for in relation to our products. This mean we need someone who is a good communicator is outgoing and has clear spoken/written English. Qualifications 2 years of experience in a complex project coordination role or environment with strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies. Familiarity with project planning and network tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet. Proven experience in project planning, implementation, migration, and change management. Outgoing personality with a strong focus on teamwork. SQL knowledge is desirable, as well as the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems and tools.
