Senior Technical Consultant – Digital Consulting Lead digital transformation across complex, high-impact programmes $105,000 – $140,000 + bonus + benefits The opportunity Join a growing digital consulting practice delivering transformation across data, cloud, and modern technology platforms. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their challenges, shape solutions, and deliver end-to-end digital outcomes. This is a highly visible, client-facing role combining delivery, stakeholder engagement, and broader consulting exposure. What you’ll be doing Work with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into digital solutions. Support the design and delivery of cloud, data, and digital transformation initiatives. Contribute across the full delivery lifecycle – from discovery through to implementation. Engage with stakeholders to guide decision-making and ensure successful outcomes. Collaborate across multidisciplinary consulting teams. Identify opportunities to add value across engagements and accounts. What we’re looking for Experience in digital, technology, and consulting environments is a MUST, ideally within a BIG 4 consultancy. Strong understanding of: Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Digital/platform-led transformation programmes Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience delivering projects in complex environments. A proactive, adaptable consulting mindset. Nice to have Exposure to large-scale transformation or migration programmes. Experience across data, integration, or platform delivery.
