Alaron Products Limited is seeking an HR Advisor to support our Nelson-based team with practical HR advice and day-to-day people matters including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance support, policy guidance, learning and development, and general HR administration. The role is part-time (20-30 hours) with flexible hours, requiring 2–5 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of employment laws and workplace policies.
